'Other mail' is a box for messages from people outside of your network...and spam.

Sat, September 19, 2009 - 11:16 AMTribe has the ability for you to define who gets into your inbox. it can be anyone on Tribe, only people in your network, only friends, or whatever. Anything sent by someone outside that list automatically goes into other mail. Oh, replies to listings also wind up in your inbox, no matter who they're from.
It's an anti-spam feature.
